• AI Beyond ChatGPT – A review of different AI tools available and how they can support your creativity and productivity.

• Real-World Success Stories – Learn how the TECwomen team has leveraged AI in funding bids and professional projects. 

• Hands-On AI Writing Workshop – Engage in practical exercises to create content that is personal, authentic, and true to you. In honour of International Women’s Day, we’ll guide you in crafting a personal profile to inspire the next generation of TEC women. 

16:30 - 17:00: Break ​

17:00 - 19:00: Sea Sessions Networking Event 

• Sea Sessions - Brave a dip in the sea and feel all the benefits of cold water swimming or just enjoy some mindful and enriching conversations on the sand. 

• Networking - Regroup at Blue Bar for refreshments and networking with likeminded women and allies in Cornwall.
